MVR Evaporation plant delivers substantial operational cost saving in areas with an ample supply of low-cost electrical energy
Once an MVR evaporation plant is running,little or no additional steam is required.In MVR evaporation plant,a
centrifugal fan is used to recompress the vapour to a higher pressure,resulting in a rise in temperature.This means that the recompressed vapour can be used as the evaporation plant heating medium,while the condensate is idea for preheating of the feed product
For low boiling point increases,single stage compressor can be used to fulfil requireents of designing.
For high boiling point increases,we will provide two designing:multiple-stage compressors ,single stage compressor combining with multiple-effect.
MVR evaporation plant almost don't use steam,but electric energy is required for mian energy source.
Power consumption of main motor of MVR are due to heat exchange area and evaporating temperature of evaporation plant: Heat exchange area is bigger and in result power consumption is lower,but investment of equipment is therefore increased;
Evaporating temperature is higher and in reuslt power consumption is lower,but fouling in the calandria is therefore increased; Evaporating temperature is lower and in result power consumption is higher.
MVR be powerd by an electric motor,the rotaty speed of an MVR can be controlled by an frequency converter,the rotary speed of an MVR may control evaporation rate and final concentation of MVR evaporation plant.
