①. Strong adaptability to raw materials; The furnace materials do not require special treatments such as drying or fine grinding, and are easy to prepare. Materials containing 6% -9% can be directly fed into the furnace;
②. Rapid melting: The oxygen rich air that is blown into the melt vigorously stirs the melt. The furnace material quickly completes the main reaction between gas, liquid, and solid phases in the liquid state;
③The lead content in slag is low and the metal recovery rate is high. Oxygen rich side blowing allows the sulfur in the material to be fully burned and converted into heat energy, saving 30% of fuel. The reduction is good, and the recovery rate reaches 98%;
④The smelting process is simple, easy to operate, and the liquid level in the furnace is stable and adjustable. According to production requirements, the required height for stability is 950mm-1250mm. The stable liquid level can avoid fluctuations in air volume, air pressure, and other indicators caused by liquid level fluctuations, making it easy to achieve automated and stable control. The liquid level is adjustable, and the oxygen utilization rate can be adjusted by adjusting the liquid level height according to production needs to obtain stable grade crude lead. Personnel with experience in operating a closed blast furnace can easily master the furnace and its operation;
